Getting a good night sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health and well-being. Adequate sleep gives your body time and energy to recover from the previous day's stress, and helps you to stay alert and focused throughout the coming day. 
Although you might not be able to control all of the factors that interfere with your sleep, you can adopt habits that encourage better sleep. Start with these simple sleep tips.

1. Stick to sleep schedule

Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends, holidays and days off. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle and helps promote better sleep at night.
2. Read a book

Many experts recommending establishing a distressing routine before bed can calm your mind & may help you to get better sleep.It doesn't matter which book you actually read, by losing yourself thoroughly into book you can escape from the worries & stress of the everyday world & spend a while exloaring domain of the author's imagination.  


3. Do simple meditation

If your head is full of thoughts for the day, you'll have a hard time sleeping. Instead, you'll stay up thinking about various things. A busy mind isn't something you want during the night. One of the simplest ways to get rid of your excess thoughts is to meditate before bed.

4. Avoid using TV or other electronic device

Staring at screen light just before bed could leave you lying awake. Beware of using TV or other electronic device as part of your bed time routine. Some research suggest that screen time or other media use before bedtime interferes with sleep. 

5. Writing a Diary

Don't leave food on plate
This is the nasty habit that some of us get rid of this as soon as possible. According to shastra we must clean our plate as we used it. Some people always leave food on plate which is considered as extremely bad habit.




Clean your bed regularly
Apart from these little rule, one must keep his households clean. Also keep your shoes outside the room. It is also consider that cleaning your bed clean is the easiest way to attract luck. However you must clean your bed only during day time. Cleaning your bed in night attracts bad luck. In addition, it is also believed that if you stay up late at night, the moon in your horoscopes starts giving you negative vibes.





Spitting at wrong place
It is believed that if you keep your & others surrounding dirty, it again invites negative vibes. Goddess Lakshmi gets angry if you keeps your surrounding dirty.

According to shastra if you clean your surrounding after sunset, you might be cleaning all your happiness & lucky charm.

Sprouts Making : The Healthy Indian Recipe





Green moong sprouts are very healthy, refreshing & protein rich food. It is one of the most widely used Indian food. It is very easy to cook & can be fit under budget. This refreshing, high protein food can be consumed at any time of day, especially as a breakfast for morning & in evening snacks. Sprouts are also easy to digest & can control our hunger for longer period of time. Cooking sprouts at home required lot of patience & its time very from 1-2 days. In region like Mumbai where humidity is high sprouts required less time to prepare. Sprouts can be served in variety of dishes like salads, Gol gappa, vegetables & many more options are there depending upon your creativity of cooking. It is also available in market which is already prepared, But many people prefer home made sprouts, reason being they are not sure of the water quality & condition under which it was prepared.


How to make Home made sprout:
Following is the list of steps one could follow to enjoy tasty cooked sprouts
1) Clean the dry moong carefully by checking for stones & broken beans & remove them
2) Placed the moong beans in a container & keep it in water for overnight, especially for 8-12 hrs
3) Rinse again the soaked moong & placed them in a container or placed them in a wet cotton cloth.
4) Now place that container or moong carried cloth in a dry place & let them place undisturbed for few more hours & keep checking in between continuously to ensure the condition.
5) If sprouts are of good size then use it immediately if not leave the for another 3-5 hours
6) After that you see sprouts are being popped out of cloth which means the sprouts are ready to consume.

Note:
If you want to use it later then keep it in freeze & when required served the dish as whatever you like.

Bird says "I am Alone"



Bird in today's world says, I am alone. The poor bird don't have friends anymore. Ironically he has no place to live. He is sitting alone & thinking of his destiny. He don't want to live anymore. Flying in the sky has no meaning now. Sitting on the tree branch with friends for long time in the evening has became thing of past now. For whom should i collect the food, for whom should i build a house, Bird thinks. No human play with us now, they have forgot us.

Bird seating in one of the corner of world & observing race of man kind. He is thinking how selfish human has became. Human has made everything for him & left no thing for us. Human has destroyed our homes by cutting trees & not even think where shall we migrate. God has made human a beautiful & special creature with the hope that he may help other creature also.

 Bird is passing his life in the hope to get back in his natural life. Also bird don't want to see himself as a human in his upcoming life.

This is a serious concern guys we are living a life in which we have robbed away so many other life. Bitter truth is that other creature can't even fight for their right. They are helpless & we are taking advantage of their weakness.
